Then after doing a few films including the ‘Virasat’ Pooja Batra returned to Tamil with ‘Oruvan’ opposite Sarath Kumar in 1999. But the beauty is best known for her cameo in ‘Kandukonden Kandukonden’ dancing with Ajith singing ‘Smaiyai Smaiyai’ on the deck. Pooja took up Bollywood after winning Miss India. Who can miss Anil Kapoor's stunning city-bred girlfriend in the film Virasat or the `Head & Shoulders' advertisement that is flashed on television so often. Today, Pooja devotes her time in doing meaningful roles and good films. She got married to a US based doctor, Sonu Ahluwalia and shifted base.
