Celebration of fashion in style.

In her native Nagaland, Esther Jamir is a fashion icon and now moving into designing making her debut with NIAPA at the Hornbill fashion night. At the all-India level she is one of India’s successful and better-known models. She has always been interested in designing but modeling kept her busy until now.

The collection has a lot of color and it has been chosen keeping in mind the lovely spring and hot summer days. Most of the fabrics are 100% cotton. “This is my debut collection so it is very close to my heart and this is one of the reasons why you will see a lot of my personal style on the ramp. Expect to see a little bit of cuteness, hot number as well as classy wear”, stated Esther.

Delhi based model Esther Jamir made her entry into Bollywood as a rock artists in the promotional song of the movie ” Dear Friend Hitler”.

She said, “I have no dialogues. Now that sounds weird, but I’m still happy about it.”

“I will be playing the lead role of a singer in the music video. The song will be shot today, in Delhi. Earlier, we had plans to shoot the movie at the India gate and DU campus, but later the director zeroed in on the film city in Noida. The shot will include more than 1000 people from North East. The scene shows artists performing onstage wearing torn jeans, bandanas and holding guitars in their hands. The message through the song would be to bring people of all the communities together.”
