 By Monday with 11 of 12 regions declared, Dhamija, 69, son of late Indian diplomat Jagan Nath Dhamija, had become an MEP for the Liberal Democrats. He is one of eight MEPs who will represent London, where his party topped the polls, one of only two regions in Britain to beat the Brexit Party.
