In the Final round Selected contestants competed with the District contest Runners-up.

Eight Semi-Finalists were selected to compete for the Title of Miss Nagaland 2015.
=Technical credits=
Lendina Constance groomed the girls on Etiquette.

Former Miss Nagaland and Miss North East Runner Up Sentila Ababe provided communication skills
Lezo Putsure, Strategist and Nune Chase-Training Consultant groomed the girls on Personality Development.

Adang longkumer was the KOHIMA MISS SUMI Choreographer

Temsumenla Pongen-Member BASN groomed the girls on English Skills.

Miss Nagaland 2005 and Miss North East 2006 Tiarenla Jamir hosted the event.
