=History=
Patna organised its first beauty contest in the early 1970s, in the exclusive Bankipore Club. The first Miss Bihar contest was held in the late 1990s.

Nancy of Patna Women’s College was declared Miss Bihar and Shipra the first runner-up. The contest was held at SK Memorial Hall in Patna on November 19, 2009..

Miss Patna 2011: Priya was crowned Miss Patna; Priyanka was the 1st runner and Shruti the other 2nd runner up. Venue: Patna Women's College.

Priya of Psychology department was crowned Miss Patna Women's College. Shruti Raj of Mass Communication was the first runner-up and Priyanka Singh of Psychology department the second runner-up
