Hailing from a remote hamlet in Rampachodavaram agency in Andhra, Rajitha spent most of her childhood collecting firewood from the forest to help her parents. Along with her three siblings, she used to walk 10km daily to reach her school in Katukapalli. But landing a place at the govt residential school in Nellore was the game changer.
