Village in the head-quarters subdivision of Jessore District, Bengal, situated in 23 degree 6' N. and 89 degree 8' E., on the Kabadak river. Population (1901), 736. Jhingergacha is a station on the East- ern Bengal State Railway, and steamers ply between it and Kapilmuni in Khulna District.
