Hill in the head-quarters subdivision of Bankura Dis- trict, Bengal, situated in 22° 43' N. and 86° 49" E., and rising to 1,442 feet above sea-level. It runs due east and west for 2 miles, and is covered with heavy tree jungle except on its south face, where it was formerly quarried for building stone.
