Kanavane Kankanda Deivam (1955) was the pioneer of colour cinema in Tamil, with some reels in GevaColor. If this still were indeed from the film (as has been claimed on YouTube) then it would have been a rare document from the history of Tamil cinema. Unfortunately, it is not from Kanavane Kankanda Deivam . It is instead from the film Agathiyar (1972)
