She is known as the `Virender Sehwag' of Indian women's cricket and for good reason. She made her international debut just a day shy of her 20th birthday at the 2009 Women's World Cup and hasn't looked back. Her maiden ODI ton was a swashbuckling 107 against England in a losing cause in the 2013 World Cup.In just six years, the girl from Moga has established herself as one of the pillars of the Indian team and is the heir-apparent to skipper Mithali Raj.

2017

Helped Indian women's team claim first T20I series in Australia, and complete their highest chase in the format. Member of the team that won the Women's T20 Asia Cup. Topped India's batting and bowling charts during ICC Women's World T20. Became the first Indian cricketer to join the Big Bash League.

World ranking in March 2017: 10 (ODI batting), 7 (T2OI batting), 9 (T20I all-rounders)
