Mirroring a global downtrend, India’s fintech sector saw a slight dip in funding in 2024. However, key trends like AI-driven solutions and digital lending continue to attract investors and drive growth.

■ Investments in India’s fintech sector fell slightly from $4.4bn in 2023 to $4.1bn in 2024 amid global economic uncertainties

■ India accounted for the largest share of the total fintech investment in the Asian region in 2024
