Subarnakhali

Village in the Tangail subdivision of Mymensingh District, Eastern Bengal and Assam, situated in 24° 33’ N. and 89° 49' E., on the Jamuna river, 44 miles west of Nasirabad, with which place and Jamalpur it is connected by tolerably good roads. Population (1901), 1,317. A considerable export and import trade in jute is carried on.
